Modify or Cancel an Order

Need to make changes or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible:

  • Use our contact form.
  • You can also write to us via WhatsApp .
  • Please note that modifications are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, but you can always manage a return.

Know what stage your order is in at all times:

  • Pending: Order received, awaiting payment confirmation.
  • In preparation: The order is being processed.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way.
  • Delivered: Order delivered to the specified address.
