Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from the confirmation of the order (payment confirmation by the company). Depending on the supplier, the delivery time may extend up to 15 business days. If the Customer wishes to know the approximate delivery date, they can contact us at info@luzguru.com.

Delivery Delays

In case of a delivery delay, the Company will inform the Customer and provide a new estimated date or an alternative product proposal if the Customer prefers a different item.

The Customer has the right to cancel the order if the delay exceeds 20 days without justified cause.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is €12 per manufacturer for orders with a total amount not exceeding €100 for each shipment from a manufacturer. If the order exceeds €100 with products from a single manufacturer, shipping will be free for that shipment. If the order includes products from multiple manufacturers, the shipping cost will apply to each shipment according to the aforementioned conditions.
