You can return a product within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and with its packaging intact.
  • Initiate the return from our returns center .
  • Select the products and follow the instructions in 4 simple steps.
  • We will notify you by email with the shipping guidelines.

Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Luzguru.

  • We will take care of the repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Full refund applies if the defect is proven and the product cannot be repaired.

  3. Briefly describe the problem and include your order number.

Once validated, we will send you a replacement or offer you a solution within 5 business days.
