🔄 Returns
You can return a product within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and with its packaging intact.
- Initiate the return from our returns center .
- Select the products and follow the instructions in 4 simple steps.
- We will notify you by email with the shipping guidelines.
Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated by Luzguru.
🛠️ Guarantees
All our products have a 2-year warranty . If your product is defective:
- Take photos or videos of the problem.
- Request support from our contact section .
- We will take care of the repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Full refund applies if the defect is proven and the product cannot be repaired.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Go to our contact section and attach the images.
- Briefly describe the problem and include your order number.
Once validated, we will send you a replacement or offer you a solution within 5 business days.
